Exchange and Return Policy

Thanks to all customers for following these instructions.

Exchange of unused goods is possible up to 60 days!
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE! (Product must be eligible for exchange) Only additional extra shipping charges will apply. 
Please put the goods in original condition into the package, as well as the invoice or its copy (or order number) and the completed form for exchanging the goods. Exchange is possible for any goods of the same or higher value, with the exception of cosmetics. If you are not sure about the choice, contact us via email below and we will be happy to help you.

In order to exchange/return products must be:

• In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
• Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange).
• Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving the original order.
• Products must not be: On sale or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.

We accept returns on all eligible products (see above). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order or to your PayPal account.
Send the goods in their original condition to the address below. Attach the completed form and invoice to the package.
